Aetli Return & Exchange Policy

At Aetli, we want you to love every piece you order. If something doesn't feel quite right, we're here to help.

UAE Orders

You may return or exchange your order within 7 days of receiving it.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With original tags attached
  • Accompanied by your purchase receipt

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Accessories (e.g. socks, water bottles)

Returns

Returns are arranged via courier pickup. A return shipping fee of AED 25 will be deducted from your refund, unless you choose store credit.

Exchanges

Your first exchange within the UAE is free. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refunds

Refunds are issued as store credit or to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing.

International Orders

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With original tags attached
  • Accompanied by your purchase receipt

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note: we do not offer direct exchanges on international orders at this time. To exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.

General Conditions

All returns are inspected before approval. Items showing signs of wear, makeup, perfume, or damage will not be accepted.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@aetli.ae with the following:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you'd like to return or exchange
  • Your reason for return

Our team will take it from there.
